Shipping and Returns Information
Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged by order value as follows :-
Standard Items :-
Orders up to £250 delivery £5.95
Orders £250 and over delivery is Free to all UK Mainland
addresses.
PLEASE NOTE :- Heavy items are shipped
on a "roadside" service, the driver is not insured
to unpackage / check your goods and it is your responsibility
to ensure that someone is available to move the goods into
your property. Pallet deliveries are a one time attempt delivery
and if the you are not available at the agreed date to accept
delivery an additional redelivery charge will become applicable.
Do you deliver outside the UK Mainland ?
We do deliver to some off shore addresses but this incurs
additional costs and customers should ring for advice on delivery
times and prices.
How long does delivery take ?
This will depend on the specific items that you have ordered,
and the number of items you have ordered (we will generally
hold onto items until we can ship everything in one order
together). Most items are shipped within 3 working days although
allow 7 days in some circumstances. If you require a more

How are my items shipped?
We use a variety of couriers and methods depending on the
items that you have ordered and decide on the most efficient
/ reliable method depending on the size and weight of the
order.
Can I collect my order and save on shipping
?
Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse. Please
ensure that you select this option during the checkout procedure
and ensure that you have an adequate vehicle to move the items.
We will contact you as soon your order is ready for collection
and arrange a suitable time for you to collect.
Returns policy ?
Under no conditions can goods be returned where they have
been a special order or out of stock.
If you change your mind about the products or order goods
in error you can return it to us subject to a 15% re-stocking
fee. However this does not apply where goods ordered are "Special
Order" or not from our own stocks.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach
us in good condition. We do NOT accept liability for the transit
of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out
carrier insurance. If the goods do not arrive back at our
warehouse in a re-saleable condition UK Bathroom Store Ltd
reserve the right to refuse a refund.
The goods should be well packed in their original packaging,
using clear tape and marked only with the address label provided.
